Scoops Ice Cream
Head to Scoops Ice Cream in Elysian for a treat and enjoy live music on the outdoor stage. We are seeking volunteers to help serve ice cream, drive the Scoopsmobile, and more. All proceeds from the day benefit Greater Mankato Area United Way.
Throughout the afternoon, Mankato Jeep Club and the Mankato Mini Mafia will be hosting cruises from Mankato to Scoops in support of Greater Mankato Area United Way's work!
