United Way brochure & pledge card – Give every New Hire the opportunity to start pledging to United Way through payroll withholding from day one! Many New Hires are people who were United Way donors at the company they just left, and enabling them to pick up their pledge right away at your company is a great benefit you can provide to them. Print off a copy from our website, or call our office to order Pledge Cards or New Hires Packets! 

Exiting Employee Paycheck Stuffer – This is a card that can be placed with the materials given to an employee when they leave your organization. Regardless of why the employee is leaving your organization, the card contains information about how United Way supports individuals in the community, from how to find out about volunteer opportunities, how to contact United Way partner agencies and programs, and how to allow United Way to keep in touch with them with e-Updates. 

Breakroom Posters - These printable versions of our monthly eNewsletter can be printed and posted in your breakroom or bulletin boards for employees to read when they've got some down-time.  Just scroll down and click on the Breakroom Poster link that you want to download!

2-1-1 Cards – These payroll stuffers can be distributed to all employees so that everyone hears about this free local resource that’s available to them.
